Warp Knights (镭明闪击) is an upcoming 3D real-time strategy RPG developed by Moonton Games. Set in a sci-fi future where humanity has barely survived an alien invasion, the game casts players as a legendary commander who vanished during the final battle and awakens fifty years later to lead a new resistance. The world is fractured, dangerous, and filled with remnants of alien technology, which players must harness to rebuild civilization and fight off emerging threats.
The gameplay centers around a unique “tower assault” system, where players deploy squads in real-time using a tactical cost-based mechanic. Each battle requires careful planning, character synergy, and adaptive strategy as players break through enemy defenses. The game features high-fidelity 3D models, realistic battlefield environments, and next-gen PBR rendering technology. Players can customize their units, upgrade gear, and unlock new heroes across multiple classes, all while progressing through a story-driven campaign filled with cinematic cutscenes and lore-rich missions.
Currently, Warp Knights is in its closed beta testing phase, which ran from April 10 to April 24, 2025. The game supports cross-platform play between Android, iOS, and PC, with a total install size of approximately 4.15 GB. Pre-registration is open via TapTap, and the full release is expected later in 2025.
