Farlight Games and Lilith Games have officially announced the global relaunch of Farlight 84 (like a major and bug update), their free-to-play hero shooter battle royale, scheduled for August 7, 2025. The update marks a complete transformation of the game, introducing new gameplay systems, visual enhancements, and expanded customization options across PC and mobile platforms.
One of the most anticipated features is the addition of a First-Person Perspective (FPP) mode, allowing players to switch viewpoints before each match. The FPP mode integrates seamlessly with the game’s hero mechanics, offering immersive combat while preserving tactical depth. Skill effects and animations have been reworked to maintain clarity and impact, even as players shift perspectives mid-battle.
The relaunch also introduces a massive content expansion, including new battlegrounds, weapons, and “Buddies”—AI companions that assist in combat. A revamped Infinite Battle Pass system offers continuous progression and exclusive rewards, while deeper gear customization lets players fine-tune their loadouts and appearance.
To celebrate the relaunch, Farlight 84 will host a limited-time in-game event featuring exclusive hero skins, weapon cosmetics, and themed bundles. The game is currently available in the Google Play for Android, and the App Store for iOS.
