Limit Zero Breakers – Frontier Test Launches This September

Limit Zero Breakers is preparing for its Frontier Test this September, bringing new story chapters, raids, and characters to both mobile and PC. The developers, clearly aware that players enjoyed being punished during the Prologue Test, are now inviting everyone back for five more days of chaos—this time with more polish and fewer excuses.

According to the official announcement, recruitment for the Frontier Test runs from August 19 to September 5, with the actual test scheduled for September 9–13. Platforms include Steam, Android, and iOS, and yes, you can apply for both if you’re indecisive. Selected testers will be notified via email or Steam push notifications, so check your inbox—or risk missing out while your friends brag about their new raid drops. The developers emphasize that this build is a work-in-progress, meaning bugs, server instability, and missing voice acting are all part of the package. In-game purchases are disabled, and all accounts will be wiped once the test ends, so don’t get too attached to your shiny new characters.

The Frontier Test introduces new story arcs, cooperative raids, and expanded progression systems, building on feedback from the Prologue Test. Players can expect to form groups, tackle bosses, and build shared settlements, with Pals (yes, the game insists on calling them that) automating production and defending bases. Supported languages include Korean, English, Japanese, and both Simplified and Traditional Chinese, with more promised later.

The Frontier Test reflects the studio’s ambition to position Limit Zero Breakers as a long-term live service contender. You can get more information on the official website, if you want to play on Steam, pre-register in the official Steam Page, or you can fill-up this survey to register for the iOS and Android Test.
