TiMi Studio Group

TiMi Studio Group is a Chinese video game developer founded on December 3, 2008, and operates as a subsidiary of Tencent Games. Headquartered in Shenzhen, China, TiMi has expanded globally with offices in Montréal, Los Angeles, Singapore, Chengdu, and Shanghai.

TiMi is organized into multiple divisions—TiMi-J1, TiMi-J3, TiMi-L1, TiMi-T1, TiMi-Z1, and TiMi-G1—each responsible for different genres and projects. The studio gained international recognition through its work on Honor of Kings, a mobile MOBA that became one of the highest-grossing games globally.

Its Western adaptation, Arena of Valor, helped introduce the franchise to new markets. TiMi also collaborated with major IP holders to develop Call of Duty: Mobile, which launched in 2019 and quickly became a global hit, praised for its console-quality gameplay on mobile devices.

Another standout title is Pokémon Unite, a multiplayer online battle arena game developed in partnership with The Pokémon Company. Released in 2021 for Nintendo Switch, iOS, and Android, it brought the Pokémon franchise into the MOBA genre and attracted millions of players worldwide. More recently, TiMi has been working on Honor of Kings: World, an open-world RPG spin-off of its flagship MOBA, showcasing its expansion into narrative-driven and cross-platform experiences.
