BuchioGames

BuchioGames is an independent developer from Japan, best known for SNO: Snow White, a sci-fi action-adventure game crafted over six years by a solo developer and released on July 12, 2025. The game takes place on a mysterious, snow-covered planet called Snow White, where players control a former hero of the AI War. Its defining feature is a dimension-shifting mechanic that lets players swap seamlessly between 2D side-scrolling action and 3D puzzle-solving perspectives. Tools such as the AD Ball pull hidden objects from one dimension into the other to open new paths and trigger mechanisms, while physics-driven battles and distinct bosses add further depth to combat. SNO: Snow White offers a free two-to-four-hour trial, with the full version unlocking more than twenty hours of main story. The project shows the studio’s appetite for ambitious, experimental design and polished, self-contained experiences.
