About Moonton Games
Moonton Games is a Chinese video game developer based in Shanghai and part of ByteDance. The studio is best known for Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, a multiplayer online battle arena game that became one of the most popular mobile titles in Southeast Asia and the foundation of a large competitive esports scene.
Building on that success, Moonton has expanded into other genres and markets, using its global publishing label Vizta Games to bring RPG, gacha and strategy titles to players outside China. Its development slate includes Warp Knights, an upcoming 3D real-time strategy RPG set in a sci-fi future after an alien invasion. Players command squads through a tactical, cost-based tower assault system, upgrading heroes and gear across a story-driven campaign with cinematic cutscenes. Warp Knights is planned for Android, iOS and PC.
