Pawprint

Pawprint Studio is a video game developer based in Hangzhou, China. The studio is currently focused on Aniimo, an upcoming free-to-play open-world creature-catching action RPG in which players explore the mystical world of Idyll, solve ancient mysteries and bond with magical creatures through a unique Twining mechanic that lets them merge with companions to unlock new abilities.

Aniimo blends action RPG combat with exploration, puzzle-solving and PvP battles, and is planned for PC, Xbox, iOS and Android in 2026. Publishing is handled through Kingsglory, a label of the Chinese publisher FunPlus. Under executive producer Jovi Zhang, the team aims to build a world players care about, designing systems with long-term engagement in mind.
