Doraemon must be the most famous character in Japan, and now, SUCCPLUS has announced its upcoming mobile game Doraemon Puzzle Resort Maker, available for Android users.
The game, which combines match-3 puzzles with resort development, allows players to assist Nobita in creating a dream resort on an uninhabited island. Using Doraemon’s secret gadgets, players will complete puzzle levels while interacting with beloved characters like Shizuka, who help activate special skills.
Well, this Doraemon game is quite simple and casual, it is like many other matching games, so it can be enjoyed by people of any age. So what’s the appeal? Well, the atmosphere of Doraemon, seeing the animations of the characters, some lines of dialogue and voices. These games are usually like that.
The game will have a Close Beta Test from September 18 to October 6, 2024, aimed at refining the game based on participant feedback. According to the official website (japanese) and the X/Twitter account the game is set to officially launch in October 2024 for both iOS and Android.
