Dungeon Crawler – Early access on November 21 on PC and mobile

Swiss game devs Stray Fawn Studio has set November 21st as the early access launch date for Dungeon Crawler (ダンジョンクロウラー). This is a roguelike that combines classic dungeon gameplay with crane-game mechanics. The game lets players pick up and deploy various items with a crane-like system, adding a playful twist to dungeon exploration. By building a deck of synergistic items, players can defeat enemies and progress through increasingly difficult levels.

The game looks good graphically although I’m not a big fan of the character design. The animations are very fluid and it remains to be seen how much content it will bring, since it is not a free game.

During early access on Steam, Dungeon Crawler will cost $9.99 and will continue to receive updates over the coming year. Since its Steam Next Fest debut in June, the game has added four difficulty levels—Normal, Hard, Very Hard, and Nightmare—as well as five playable characters and additional items, rooms, and other features. The mobile version will be available at a discounted price of $4.99 and you can pre-register now in the Google Play Store or the iOS App Store.
