Tokyo-based developer Nekonome has officially unveiled its first title under the new Ayame development line: Neko Kick: Nyansaka (猫蹴-にゃんサカ-), a fast-paced 3v3 multiplayer action game slated for release on iOS, Android, and Steam in 2026.
Debuted at Tokyo Game Show 2025, Nyansaka blends intuitive controls with strategic team-based gameplay. Players command feline-eared characters across three distinct roles—Forward, Defender, and Midfielder—each equipped with unique skills and ultimate abilities. The game emphasizes accessibility, allowing newcomers to grasp core mechanics like movement, dashing, and kicking within minutes, while offering deeper tactical layers through character synergy and skill timing.
The title’s vibrant anime-inspired visuals and responsive UI were praised during live demos, where attendees engaged in 3v3 matches using streamlined PC setups. Developers confirmed plans to support 1v1 and 2v2 formats, alongside future updates introducing character growth systems and story modes.
Neconome’s CEO, Shon Kotou, emphasized the studio’s commitment to delivering a “unique experience that redefines the soccer-action genre” through simplified controls and dynamic match flow. The game’s development is part of Neconome’s broader strategy to expand its Ayame brand, targeting both casual and competitive audiences.
