DRIMAGE has officially announced the release date for its upcoming mobile RPG OZ Re:write (オズ リライト), set to launch on August 19, 2025 for iOS and Android devices. As detailed by 4Gamer, the game is now open for pre-registration on both the App Store for iOS and Google Play for Android, with milestone-based rewards and login bonuses tied to registration numbers, but, limited to Japan.
OZ Re:write is a story-driven RPG that reimagines classic fairy tales through a modern lens. Players are summoned to the world of ANOTHER, a realm created by the imagination of the founder OZ, now on the brink of collapse. As the protagonist, players forge bonds with reinterpreted heroes like Dorothy, Snow White, and Connety, navigating a narrative that blends fantasy, technology, and emotional depth. The game features 2D anime-style visuals, semi-auto battles, and a unique social system called Mirrorgram, allowing players to interact with characters and unlock personalized messages.
DRIMAGE will host an offline launch event on July 27 at Akihabara UDX in Tokyo, featuring voice actors and developers in a live Q&A and talk show. The event will also be streamed via NicoNico Live Japan, making it accessible to fans worldwide.
