Crunchyroll Games

Crunchyroll Games is the games division of Crunchyroll, the global streaming service for anime and Asian content that operates under Sony. Its main function is to license and publish games for mobile platforms so they can be released on Android and iOS. These games are typically free to download from the Google Play Store and the iOS App Store, but they require an active Crunchyroll account to play. As is often the case with this type of publisher, titles may appear and then disappear over time, since these are not perpetual licenses. Crunchyroll Games is the publisher of Bleach: Soul Resonance, an action RPG based on the classic Bleach anime, and of Metal Slug Tactics, a tactical take on the legendary run-and-gun franchise. In both cases, the company helps bring well-known gaming and anime IP to a global mobile audience.
