About Halfbrick Studios
Halfbrick Studios is an Australian video game developer founded in 2001 and based in Brisbane. The studio became a global name in mobile gaming with Fruit Ninja (2010) and Jetpack Joyride (2011), arcade hits that attracted hundreds of millions of players and remain among the most recognized mobile games ever made.
Halfbrick has continued to revisit its hit franchises in new formats. It is the developer of Jetpack Joyride Racing, a multiplayer side-scrolling racing spin-off that turns Barry Steakfries’ high-octane adventures into competitive races. Players pilot customizable dual-thruster ships through hazard-filled tracks, using wall boosts and recharging special abilities to outrun up to six rivals across themed circuits. Drawing on Halfbrick’s earlier racer Aero Racer, the game is available for iOS and Android.
