Halfbrick Studios, renowned for mobile classics like Fruit Ninja and Jetpack Joyride, comes with another: Jetpack Joyride Racing. A new multiplayer kart racer, set in the Jetpack Joyride universe. The game is currently in closed beta testing for both Android and iOS platforms. The full release is anticipated on June 20, 2025 in both platforms.
In Jetpack Joyride Racing, players can race as characters such as Barry Steakfries and Professor Brains across four unique tracks filled with obstacles, shortcuts, and tactical opportunities. The game features real-time multiplayer races with up to six players, a Party Mode for casual play, and extensive customization options for characters, ships, and trails.
The game is free to play, with optional upgrades available through the Halfbrick+ subscription. Subscribers gain access to new racers, tracks, customizations, and an ad-free experience. We have a video with gameplay, I think Halfbrick could have done a little better. In favor, it looks very easy to play, it is after all, a casual racing game, but against graphically it is very simple, they could do some more things in that aspect.
To participate in the closed beta, interested players can join Halfbrick’s official Discord server and complete the Beta Tester Form available in the Announcements channel.
