Yostar

Yostar is a video game developer and publisher with operations in China and Japan, widely recognized for bringing major anime-style titles to global audiences, including Azur Lane, Blue Archive and Arknights. The company developed Stella Sora, an anime-styled top-down action RPG set in the fantasy world of Nova. Players assume the role of the enigmatic “Tyrant,” a legendary figure whose name still echoes a thousand years after their reign, and lead a team of adventurous girls called Trekkers from the New Star Guild to conquer colossal, procedurally generated dungeons known as Monoliths and recover powerful Artifacts. Combat blends roguelike progression, reverse bullet-hell shooting and party-based strategy, with squads of up to three characters. Launched worldwide in October 2025, Stella Sora pairs vibrant cel-shaded graphics, expressive animations and a rich soundtrack, running across PC, iOS and Android as part of Yostar’s growing lineup of self-developed RPGs.
