Smilegate and Super Creative have confirmed the global launch of Chaos Zero Nightmare for October 22, 2025, bringing a dark fantasy roguelike RPG to mobile and PC platforms. A tactical card-based combat with branching narrative choices, set in a post-apocalyptic universe ravaged by a cosmic disaster.
Players take on the role of Proto, guiding a team of Agents through a world consumed by the mysterious black fog known as Chaos. The game features richly illustrated 2D visuals, fully voiced characters, and a dynamic battlefield where each run unfolds differently. Factions such as Ironrain and Terrascion add strategic variety, while Agents like Renoa, Mika, and Maribell offer unique abilities and synergy options.
Developed by Super Creative—known for Epic Seven—the game underwent a Limited Playtest earlier this month. Feedback from players is being used to refine mechanics and balance ahead of launch. According to Smilegate’s Head of Business Kim Joo Hyung, the team is “committed to delivering the highest level of quality”.
Pre-registration is live on the official site, with rewards including a 4-star combatant Amir and other launch bonuses. The game will be available via Google Play for Android, Apple App Store, and PC platforms.
