Garena announced that it will publish Delta Force in Southeast Asia, Taiwan, Central and South America, Brazil, the Middle East, and North Africa. The game is set to be released on iOS, Android, and PC. Thanks to a new publishing deal with Garena, the game will reach more markets. The move marks a significant milestone for the tactical military game series, which first launched in 1998 and quickly gained a fanbase for its realistic combat settings.
Delta Force will offer two main modes at launch: the expansive Warfare mode, where two teams of 32 players face off, and an extraction shooter mode that lets trios navigate loot-heavy maps under high stakes. These additions are geared toward engaging both long-time series fans and new players, combining tactical gameplay with more action-driven features.
It is good that we have Delta Force available in more markets, now, why only these markets? Forgetting the absence of USA in the list, Brazil and SEA are very important regions for this kind of games. Let’s see if CoD Mobile’s competition reaches more markets soon. While the mobile version seems smaller in scale, the PC edition is about to have its open Beta in December. You can pre-register on Steam if you are interested.
