Festival Battle Launches on August 29th in Japan with Major Updates

COLOPL and MIXI’s upcoming mobile game Festival Battle (フェスティバトル) is set to launch on August 29 (Japan only), following a successful beta testing phase. After the beta and some test, the developers shared improvements made after player feedback and detailed new features.

Key updates include adjustments to the user interface, balancing support bomb power and range, and the addition of Bluetooth controller support. The game will also introduce “フェスLINK,” a dedicated social platform where players can connect, chat, and receive exclusive rewards. A lot of social things that work really well in the asian market.

Players can look forward to a series of commemorative events at launch, including beginner missions with ★5 Wear rewards, a 10-day login bonus, and special gashapon opportunities. Festival Battle will kick off its first ranked season in September, with new heroes and maps added monthly. You can get more info on their official website or their X/Twitter account.

Festival Battle will be available for free on iOS App Store and Android Google Play with optional in-game purchases. Remember this is a japanese game, there are no news about a global release.
