Rainbow Six Mobile Enters Final Phase Before Global Launch

Things with Rainbow Six Mobile are a little strange, because you probably know people who already play it. The thing is, even though the game is available in some countries, it hasn’t been released globally yet, but it’s very close.

Ubisoft has officially announced that Rainbow Six Mobile has entered Phase 3 of its launch roadmap, marking the final development stage before the game’s global release. Following successful technical and engagement testing in earlier phases, the development team is now focused on gameplay balancing, infrastructure upgrades, and bug fixes.

Phase 3 includes the deployment of regional data centers, improvements to matchmaking systems, and final adjustments to core mechanics. Once these refinements are complete, Ubisoft will submit the final build to Apple and Google for certification, paving the way for a full-scale launch on iOS and Android.

Rainbow Six Mobile is a tactical first-person shooter adapted from the acclaimed Rainbow Six Siege franchise. It retains the series’ signature 5v5 attack vs. defense gameplay, featuring iconic Operators like Ash, Thermite, Bandit, and Hibana, each with unique gadgets and roles.

The mobile version is built from the ground up to support touch controls, optimized UI, and shorter match durations, while preserving the strategic depth of its console counterpart. Community feedback from closed beta tests in regions like Canada, Mexico, and Southeast Asia has been largely positive (where is available).

So the global release is almost here, if you want to check for updates, follow the official site and @Rainbow6Mobile on X.
