About Imagineer
Imagineer is a Japanese game developer and publisher founded in 1986, known as the steward of the Medabots franchise, which first gained popularity in the late 1990s through its anime and Game Boy titles. The company is publishing Medabots Survivors, the latest entry in the long-running series, developed by SoWhat, Inc. The game revives the iconic robot-battling formula, letting players collect and customize Medabots by swapping heads, arms and legs to create unique combat strategies. It blends nostalgia with modern mobile RPG mechanics, offering cinematic turn-based battles, story-driven progression and gacha-style collection systems. Tactical team-building is central, as each Medabot configuration can drastically change battle outcomes, and players can engage in story campaigns, competitive PvP and limited-time events. Medabots Survivors entered global pre-registration on the App Store and Google Play, giving longtime fans and newcomers a fresh, mobile-friendly take on the series that Imagineer helped popularize.
