Fantastico Studio is celebrating the fifth anniversary of their roguelike shoot ’em up, Black Paradox, with a special remastered edition titled Black Paradox Reloaded. Originally launched on iOS in the fall of 2018, Black Paradox quickly became a favorite among gamers. Now, the developers are bringing an enhanced and revitalized version to fans, packed with new features and improvements.
According to the official PR, Black Paradox Reloaded promises “enhanced pixel art, rebalanced gameplay, new synthwave tracks, and an intense boss rush mode.” This reimagined version not only promises visual enhancements but also tweaks in gameplay balance, ensuring a fresh yet familiar experience for veteran players. The new soundtrack adds to the game’s already immersive atmosphere, perfectly complementing the high-energy, fast-paced action. The addition of the boss rush mode is particularly exciting, offering a challenging new way to engage with the game.
Black Paradox Reloaded is set to launch on Steam in October and is currently available for wishlisting (you can subscribe for the BETA if you want to try it). Console and mobile versions are also in the works, with release dates to be announced soon.
