Bandai Card Games has officially opened closed beta test sign-ups for Digimon Alysion, a new mobile title based on the popular Digimon Card Game. The beta will run in August 2025, with applications closing on August 2 at 6:59 PM PT / 9:59 PM ET. Only 10,000 players worldwide will be selected, making early registration essential.
Digimon Alysion brings the strategic depth of the physical card game to Android and iOS, featuring deck-building mechanics, PvP battles, and a brand-new storyline set in the Digimon Liberator universe. Players will encounter original characters like Kanata Hondo and Valner Dragnogh, along with new Digimon and never-before-seen digivolution paths.
After the initial announcement, this new beta aims to test server load, match flow, and game balance, with feedback from participants shaping the final release. Tthe game will include exclusive “DigiAly” cards and a progression system tailored for mobile play. Applicants must meet device requirements—Android 11+ with 8GB RAM or iOS 15+ with 4GB RAM—and use a valid email linked to Google Play or TestFlight.
Fans can apply via the official Digimon Alysion site and follow updates on the game’s X account.
