Elpis: Fallen Star launches September 26 with semi-RTS battles and Chibi heroes

Elpis: Fallen Star, the latest anime-style RPG from GENMUGAME, is set to launch globally on September 26, 2025 for iOS and Android. This is a new semi-real-time strategy (RTS) game with collectible RPG elements, offering players a dark fantasy experience in a post-apocalyptic wasteland. And a lot of Chibi characters.

Players lead a squad of up to eight heroes, each belonging to one of four distinct classes: Spellweaver, Ghosthunter, Ironclad, and Voidblade. Characters like Vee and Freya bring unique abilities and synergy potential, allowing players to unleash devastating Total Assaults against waves of enemies. The game’s central narrative revolves around a climactic battle against the Demon King, deep within the Abyss.

Originally soft-launched in select regions through an open beta in August, Elpis: Fallen Star has drawn attention for its chibi character designs, full voice acting, and a soundtrack composed by ACE, known for their work in anime and JRPGs. Pre-registration is now available via the Google Play Store and App Store, ahead of its full release later this month.
