Or at least, English Edition. The popular (in Asia) turn-based RPG Heaven Burns Red from WFS and Key Studio, written by the legendary Jun Maeda (of Clannad fame), is finally getting an English release. The game was originally launched in 2022 for iOS and Android in Japan, with a later PC version on Steam.
There was speculation about an English version when a mysterious Twitter account popped up, hinting at an official release. Today, at Anime Expo 2024, publisher Yostar confirmed these rumors and announced that they will be handling the English release of Heaven Burns Red. this may be the global edition as well.
Although the exact release date for the English version hasn’t been announced yet, we expect to get news soon on the official website. It’s hoped that the game will launch on iOS, Android, and Steam in the West, complete with cross-progression capabilities.
