Emma Create has officially launched Helle’s Undersea City Project – Bringing Air to The Garden (ヘレの海底都市計画 ～箱庭に空気を植えるSLG～), a city-building simulation game, now available for iOS and Android in Japan. Set in the submerged city of “Garden,” players are tasked with restoring the city using air-producing flowers, after the collapse of its infrastructure and population due to a mysterious religious ritual.
Players take on the role of Tokitsumi Hele, cultivating various types of “Mira Flowers” to produce air, which is essential for operating buildings and attracting residents. The game includes elements such as resource management, exploration, and city planning, with players boarding exploration vessels to unlock new areas, gather resources, and obtain special items.
this is a premium game, it is priced at for 1,540 yen (10USD). But the game, previously released on Steam in 2023, is a fresh take on city-building in an underwater setting, combining strategic gardening with resource-driven urban development, so it may b worth it. This is the mobile release, available on Google Play Japan and iOS App Store, both editions have english support.
