Mashle Muscle Puzzle is a new mobile game adaptation of Hajime Kōmoto’s popular manga series “Mashle: Magic and Muscles,” set to launch in spring 2025 in Android and iOS. The game is being developed by Poppin Games (Japan), this puzzle RPG brings the world of Mash Burndead—a young man devoid of magical abilities relying solely on his physical prowess—into an interactive gaming experience.
However, we may have to hold up our expectations, the game is a “3-match puzzle”. Players have to assemble teams featuring their favorite characters from the series. It includes original illustrations and content that expand upon the anime’s universe. Players can engage in match-three puzzle battles and follow a storyline that mirrors the anime’s plot, providing an immersive experience for fans.
The original “Mashle: Magic and Muscles” manga series was serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump from January 2020 to July 2023, amassing over 10 million copies sold worldwide. Fan of the series may like this new game, it may capture the essence of Mash’s adventures. The combination of puzzle mechanics with the series’ distinctive characters and storyline may result in a nice experience.
Pre-registration for Mashle Muscle Puzzle is currently open on the App Store for iOS and Google Play for Android. The game will be free to play, offering optional in-game purchases for those interested in enhancing their gameplay experience, but in its first release, limited to Japan.
