Japanese devs at Emma Create Studio and Caro Builders launched Rota’s Nautical Chronicles of Trade (ロタの航海貿易記), a city-building and trade simulation game, for iOS and Android devices.
In this game, players take on the role of developing the port town of Portamaray. They build various facilities to produce export goods and engage in trade via sea routes. A unique feature of the game is the “business battle” mechanic, where players negotiate prices with other countries to maximize profits. These negotiations play a crucial role in advancing the story.
As players expand trade with new countries, they unlock additional facilities and attract more residents to Portamaray, enhancing their town-building experience. Originally released on PC via Steam in June, the game is now accessible on mobile platforms, allowing players to enjoy its strategic gameplay on the go.
The game is a premium game, priced at 1,540 yen (10$USD), right now is only available on Japan with no translation, here is the iOS App Store Link and this the Google Play Store. We may see it in other languages soon.
