Ubisoft has officially launched its September 2025 closed beta test for The Division Resurgence, the mobile adaptation of its tactical shooter-RPG franchise. As detailed in Ubisoft’s official announcement, sadly, the test is now live only in Rumania (yes), running on Android and iOS.
The Division Resurgence brings the franchise’s signature third-person combat, loot-driven progression, and urban warfare to mobile, offering a standalone storyline set in the aftermath of a catastrophic virus outbreak. Players will explore a sprawling New York City map, complete PvE missions, and engage in co-op battles while customizing gear and skills across multiple specializations.
The closed test includes access to early gear builds, faction encounters, and a limited selection of story missions. Ubisoft has confirmed that progress will not carry over to launch, but feedback from testers will shape final balancing and UI improvements. Players selected for the test received invitations via email after completing a registration survey on the game’s official site.
