Where Winds Meet is an open-world Wuxia action RPG developed by Everstone Studio and published by NetEase Games. Set during the tumultuous Five Dynasties and Ten Kingdoms period of 10th-century China, the game invites players to step into the role of a wandering sword master forging their own legend in a fractured, war-torn world.
Drawing inspiration from classic martial arts tales, Where Winds Meet will develop an historical fiction with fantasy, with ancient cities, rugged landscapes, and mystical secrets. The game emphasizes freedom of choice, allowing players to shape their destiny through combat, exploration, diplomacy, and even professions like medicine or trade.
Gameplay features fluid martial arts combat, parkour-style movement, and dynamic interactions with the world. Players can engage in duels, uncover hidden quests, and manipulate the environment using traditional Wuxia techniques such as running on water or scaling walls.
Currently, Where Winds Meet is in its final pre-launch phase, with pre-orders available and promotional content released during Gamescom 2025. The game is scheduled for a global release on November 14, 2025, and will be available on PC and PlayStation 5 platforms. Versions for iOS, and Android are still under development with a Beta Test coming.
