Girls Frontline Fire Control Launches in SEA Region November 27

Girls Frontline: Fire Control is now available in Southeast Asia, with servers open for players in countries such as Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines. The game is currently region-locked, meaning fans outside SEA will need to wait for official announcements regarding global availability.

Developed by Sunborn Network Technology, the studio behind the original Girls’ Frontline (2016), Fire Control shifts the franchise’s focus from turn-based tactical RPG combat to real-time strategy mechanics. Players command squads of Tactical Dolls (T-Dolls) in dynamic battlefield scenarios, emphasizing positioning, resource management, and quick decision-making. The game also integrates PvP elements alongside story-driven campaigns, offering both competitive and narrative depth.

The Girls’ Frontline series has built a strong following across Asia and globally, thanks to its mix of military science fiction, anime-inspired character designs, and gacha recruitment systems. Similar titles such as Azur Lane and Arknights have thrived in the same space, blending strategy with collectible characters. Fire Control aims to differentiate itself by introducing board-control mechanics and faster-paced engagements compared to the slower tactical planning of the original.

With its SEA debut, Girls’ Frontline: Fire Control represents both a continuation and evolution of the franchise. If successful, it could pave the way for a worldwide release in 2026. You can pre-register in the Google Play Store and the iOS App Store.
