I love old style RPGs, being a fan of the Final Fantasy saga since its first installments, every time I see a new RPG of that style I pay attention to it. In this case, KEMCO announced that the freemium edition of Alter Age will be available for pre-registration on the Google Play Store.
Arga, our determined hero, has been training hard to outshine his father, who just so happens to be the strongest man in the world. During his intense training, Arga discovers a unique ability called “Soul Alter.” This awesome skill lets him and his buddies switch between adult and child forms, giving them different abilities and strategies for every situation.
The game has Turn-Based Battles, like old RPGs, this is important in the strategy side of the game. The flexibility in combat strategies is going to be one of the strongest points in the game. Alter Age world is beautifully rendered in pixel art. From intricate puzzle dungeons to side quests that are only available in child form, there’s always something new to explore.
