Octopo Studio has unveiled their latest creation, Bounty Pang, blending RPG and shooter elements seamlessly. Previously known for their collaboration with Supercell on Squad Busters, the studio showcased Bounty Pang at a business conference in South Korea, offering a glimpse into its gameplay and art style.
Octopo Studio stated, “We conducted a tech launch in the Philippines for a month from February this year, aiming for a global launch in the third quarter by addressing technical issues discovered during that period, improving core design, and expanding content”.
Bounty Pang presents a unique fusion of over-the-shoulder shooter and bullet-hell genres. Players take on the role of a red-headed warrior armed with a bow and sword, tasked with fending off waves of bouncing enemies to prevent them from reaching the bottom of the screen. The game boasts a pseudo-3D aesthetic with dynamic stage transitions and a diverse array of bosses featuring distinct attack patterns.
While an exact release date remains undisclosed, Bounty Pang is confirmed to arrive on Android via Google Play, there are no news about other platforms.
