Japanese devs from KEMCO announced that pre-registration is now open for Dragon Takers, an upcoming fantasy RPG for Android in the Global Edition. So we can sign up to embark on a dungeon-crawling adventure, where they’ll face off against the Drake Emperor Tiberius and his Dragon Army.
This is a classic RPG, like the ones we play in the PS1 or even the SNES. In Dragon Takers, players assume the role of Helio, a protagonist equipped with the unique “Skill Taker” ability, which allows them to steal and use the abilities of their enemies. The turn-based combat features a semi-first-person view, where players must strategically target weaknesses and unleash counterattacks.
The game promises an old-school vibe with a lineup of colorful characters, each contributing their own personalities and skills as they join Helio’s quest. As the story unfolds, players will uncover deeper truths about the world.
