Nexon has announced the end of service (EOS) for Dynasty Warriors M, the service termination was published on their official forum. So, it is the end of the mobile adaptation of the legendary hack-and-slash franchise after just over a year since its release in November 2023. The server closing is scheduled to February 20, 2025.
While the official announcement refrains from detailing the reasons for the shutdown, it extends heartfelt gratitude to the community for their support.
Despite its innovative Musou action and strategic gameplay, Dynasty Warriors M struggled to gain traction. The game allowed players to recruit and train over 50 legendary officers across five factions, conquer vast maps featuring 13 regions and 500 stages, and relive historic moments like the Yellow Turban Rebellion and the Battle of Luoyang.
For people who haven’t yet experienced the game’s take on the franchise, this is the final opportunity to dive into its expansive battles and intricate strategies.
