Genesis War M: Asura Project – Almost ready for its release on February 18

A new korean game is coming. The mobile strategy game Genesis War M: Asura Project, published by VNGGames and based on the classic Genesis War series, is officially launching on February 18, 2025 (official Facebook). Set in the aftermath of Genesis War 2, the game takes players into a world of divine conflict where the Twelve Main Gods and Thirteen Dark Gods clash.

The story follows Princess Iolin as she fights to reclaim her homeland from the powerful Geisler Empire. With political intrigue, factional disputes, and internal conflicts within the resistance forces, the narrative seems to be really interesting. Players will make strategic choices that impact Iolin’s journey, especially as she faces difficult alliances and personal sacrifices.

At launch, Genesis War M: Ashura Project will feature 49 playable heroes, each with unique abilities, weapons, and fighting styles. The game’s tactical combat system allows players to build their ideal team, combining different classes and elemental affinities for maximum strategy.

The game is currently available only for Korea, without news about a global release. The gameplay looks pretty good, with a dose of strategy but also a lot of action. At launch, I hope it will at least be supported in English. Otherwise, it will be a bit difficult to play it. Pre-registration is open on the Google Play Store and the iOS App Store for Korea and SEA region, or you can check for more on their official website.
