Netmarble Korea has officially launched the teaser website for its upcoming character-collection RPG, Seven Knights Re:Birth (七騎士 RE:BIRTH), and announced that pre-registration will begin in Korea on March 13. This game is somehow a remake of the original “Seven Knights,” utilizing Unreal Engine 5 to enhance graphics and gameplay while preserving the core storyline and combat system (as we covered before).
The teaser video showcases well-known heroes from the original game on new adventures, highlighting the game’s evolution over time. By integrating modern gaming trends, Netmarble aims to deliver a fresh yet familiar experience. In anticipation of the pre-registration launch, devs has opened the official Naver Lounge for Seven Knights Re:Birth and is hosting a messaging event to engage the community.
Seven Knights is a really popular IP, I’m excited to see how Seven Knights Re:Birth revitalizes the franchise with new cutting-edge visuals and refined mechanics. Nostalgia is always a powerful force and with some innovation we may get a new and promising experience for both veterans and newcomers to the series.
