The most important thing is that Harvest Moon: Home Sweet Home is coming to iOS and Android in August. Studio Natsume has send new details and screenshots about this new Harvest Moon.
As far we know, in this new title, players will return to Alba Village, their childhood home, leaving behind the hustle and bustle of city life. Alba is known for its fresh fish and delicious vegetables, cultivated by local farmers and anglers. However, the village has seen better days, with an aging population and younger residents moving to the city. The player’s mission is to revitalize Alba, transforming it from a declining village into a thriving community.
“In Harvest Moon: Home Sweet Home, players are tasked with going back home to where it all started to help their childhood village get back on track,” said Natsume president and CEO Hiro Maekawa in a press release. “Mobile gamers will love this robust new standalone farming experience where they can help their beloved village flourish with new tourists, new residents, new crops, and more, all without any in-app purchases.”
A nice feature is that Home Sweet Home comes without any in-app purchases. This ensures that players can enjoy the full breadth of the game without additional costs, making it a truly standalone title.
Harvest Moon: Home Sweet Home will be available on iOS and Android devices in August. We don’t have a definitive date but it should come soon.
