Natsume and developer appci (both from Japán) have announced that the upcoming mobile game Harvest Moon: Home Sweet Home will launch for iOS and Android devices on August 23, 2024. As I mentioned before, in this game, players take on the role of a city dweller who returns to their childhood village of Alba. The once-thriving town has seen better days, with an aging population and younger residents moving away (so real). Players must help revitalize Alba by socializing with neighbors, giving gifts, selling crops, and completing requests to increase the town’s happiness.
Harvest Moon: Home Sweet Home features the largest world ever seen in a mobile Harvest Moon game. Players can woo and marry one of four bachelors or bachelorettes, reunite with childhood friends, and attract new residents and tourists to Alba. The game offers a wide range of activities, including harvesting crops, caring for animals, fishing, mining, and participating in various contests and festivals.
