Lost World – Tales of Britania begins the Closed Beta Test in Asia

The RPG Lost World: Tales of Britania (로스트 소드) has entered its closed beta phase in Asia, with the final round of testing now open for a limited number of players. Developer Cod Cast and publisher WMID Connect are inviting 1,000 participants to take part in this beta, which runs from October 8 to October 17, 2024. Players can register through the pre-registration page or via links provided in official announcements, with selection happening through a random draw.

Set by Arthurian legends and British mythology, Lost World: Tales of Britania features side scrolling battles and nice visuals that have get comparisons to popular games like Konosuba and Princess Connect. The game offers real-time combat, allowing players to control special abilities while normal attacks remain automatic, much like other semi-automatic RPGs.

As I see, the beta version has interesting graphics and character designs, it remind me games like Epic Seven and Counterside. Although the game is currently limited to Korean and Asian markets, we may get a global release. For now, this new gacha RPG is only for the Korean market as no international launch plans have been announced.
