TERBIS – Webzen’s upcoming anime-style RPG release teaser site

Webzen has officially launched the teaser site for its forthcoming anime-style RPG, TERBIS (테르비스 ), scheduled for release in 2025. This game is a side scroller character-collection RPG (a gacha game), full of high-quality 2D graphics with enhanced animation effects developed in-house by Webzen. The teaser site offers a glimpse into the game’s captivating world. Additionally, visitors can view the opening promotional video, first revealed in December last year, which showcases the game’s visual appeal and sets the stage for its narrative.

TERBIS has been generating a lot of buzz since its exhibition at Japan’s Comic Market, where Webzen aimed to increase awareness among Japanese gamers. The game’s opening promotional video (by YOHAN12 Studio) has got over 530,000 views on its official Japanese YouTube channel, and the full version of the insert song, “The Prayer of TERBIS,” featured in the opening video, has also been well-received.

We don’t know so much about the story, there is TERBIS gameplay in Youtube, but the synopsis of the game says that players will embark on a journey to save a civilization in decline, navigating a world filled with beautifully designed characters and engaging storylines.
