Akupara Games and Tmesis Studio have announced the release of Universe for Sale on December 19 for iOS, Android and Switch. This hand-drawn adventure game, first launched for PC in 2023, invites players into a surreal world set in the dense, otherworldly clouds of Jupiter.
In Universe for Sale, players explore a ramshackle colony built around an abandoned mine, where sapient orangutans, robotic mechanics, and enigmatic cultists coexist under the relentless acid rain. At the heart of this strange world is Lila, a woman with the extraordinary ability to craft entire universes in the palm of her hand. Her seemingly mundane explanation of this cosmic power contrasts with its overwhelming implications, drawing the attention of various curious and dangerous figures.
