Japan is getting a new release. Anchor Panic (アンカーパニック), a 3D turn-based RPG developed by IceBird Network Technology, is slated for official release in Japan on February 27, 2025. This game us a futuristic world where agents engage in intense battles against mutants. In Anchor Panic battles are turn-based, with allies performing automatic normal attacks. Players can activate skills by tapping the skill icon during the action countdown, adding some strategy to the encounters. For those who prefer a more hands-off approach, the “spectator view” mode enables fully automatic progression, including skill and special move activations. This mode also allows players to switch perspectives during battles, providing the freedom to observe character movements from various angles.
The game comes with the story fully voiced. The 3D character models are not only active participants in battles but also bring the story to life with their expressive movements and dialogues. The game provides an automatic material selection feature, enabling players to efficiently level up their agents with a single tap. A battle pass system and a variety of daily missions.
