I love sci-fi and finally FunPlus and Skydance have soft-launched Foundation: Galactic Frontier, a new sci-fi shooter inspired by Isaac Asimov’s novels, on Android in select countries, including Australia, Canada, France, Germany, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Set in a future of space exploration and ongoing galactic conflict, the game tasks players with navigating battles for freedom and political power across the stars.
In Foundation: Galactic Frontier (official website), players take on the role of a tradesman and adventurer, engaging in intense shootouts with enemies while protecting civilians. Players can explore diverse planets with unique biomes and face a variety of enemies using a vast arsenal of weapons. Along the way, they can assemble a team aboard their spaceship, the Wanderer, as they attempt to save the galaxy.
The game is available on Android Google Play. While there’s no global release date yet, the game is expected to launch worldwide in the future. There is also a TV series about Foundation in Amazon Prime, it’s… good.
