Maia: Meltdown has unveiled a new gameplay trailer, offering a deeper look into its sci-fi themed mobile RPG mechanics and narrative direction. The trailer highlights the game’s emphasis on fast-paced combat, positioning Maia: Meltdown as a contender in the growing market of futuristic RPGs. Developed by Chinese Wildwind Studio, the title explores a dystopian setting where players must navigate collapsing civilizations and uncover hidden truths about advanced technology gone awry. The footage showcases Robot Mecha based battles, character progression systems, and visually striking environments.

Gameplay appears to revolve around real-time combat enhanced by tactical decision-making, with players controlling a Mecha lead character. The trailer is full of action, robots, waifus and more. Now, here’s the important part. The game is quite demanding, and the studio hasn’t commented on whether it will be available on all platforms, including mobile. Apparently, it’s a PvP game, so it will surely be released on PC. I hope it comes out on Android and iOS as well, but there’s no word on that yet. As is often the case with many Chinese developers, there’s very little information available, even though they plan to release it worldwide.
While the trailer confirms global ambitions, official details on regional restrictions have not yet been announced. Pre-registration campaign is live on their official website. Here is the official gameplay trailer:
