Sunborn’s Hecate Team has announced the Close Beta Test for “Project NET”, a third-person shooter spin-off from the renowned Girls’ Frontline series. This test phase, dubbed the “Shock Point Test,” is exclusively available to Android users in the Philippines, with recruitment running from March 4 to March 18, 2025.
Project NET is a evolution in the Girls’ Frontline universe, transitioning from its traditional tactical gameplay to an immersive 3D third-person shooter experience. Players will directly control Tactical Dolls (T-Dolls) on the battlefield, engaging in dynamic combat scenarios that blend strategic depth with real-time action.
The decision to conduct the Shock Point Test in the Philippines may be a little underwhelming, but Sunborn has also revealed plans to expand testing to other regions, including Russia, indicating a strategic approach to a global rollout.
