Resident Evil 7 Pre-orders are ready for iOS and iPadOS

Capcom has officially announced the much-anticipated release of Resident Evil 7: biohazard for iOS and iPadOS. This iconic survival horror game, originally released for consoles and PC, is set to make its debut on Apple devices, offering fans a new way to experience the chilling adventures of Ethan Winters.

Resident Evil 7: biohazard will be available as a free-to-try game on the iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max, iPads with M1 and later hardware, and Mac. Players can download the game and experience the initial segment at no cost. To unlock the full game, a purchase of $19.99 is required. The Gold Edition, which includes all downloadable content (DLC), can be upgraded for an additional $19.99.

Resident Evil 7: biohazard marked a significant turning point for the Resident Evil series, shifting to a first-person perspective and introducing a more immersive and terrifying experience. This move was widely praised and revitalized the franchise, setting a new standard for horror games. The game’s VR version on PSVR was particularly lauded for its intense and engaging gameplay.

The iOS and iPadOS versions of Resident Evil 7: biohazard will include several enhancements to optimize performance on Apple devices. It will utilize Apple’s MetalFX upscaling technology, promising improved graphics and smoother gameplay. Additionally, the game will feature an auto-fire option and enhanced controls tailored for touchscreen devices. Resident Evil 7: biohazard is set to launch on July 2nd. Apple users can pre-order the game now from the App Store. This release follows the recent arrival of Resident Evil 4 Remake on Apple devices, with Resident Evil 2 Remake slated for a future release.
