Studiobside, the creators of Counter:Side, have officially named their upcoming game Star Savior, previously known as “Project Star.” The announcement comes alongside a new visual reveal, promising an expansive universe and a gripping narrative. Aiming for a late 2025 release, the Korean studio plans to launch a beta test in early 2025, building anticipation among fans of subculture RPGs.
Set in the Nebula Observatory Organization (NOA), Star Savior invites players to guide their “Saviors” on a star-crossed journey to inherit cosmic powers and save a fading world. The game will feature a combination of turn-based battles, character interaction, and a training system wrapped in animation-style 3D graphics, offering both strategic depth and narrative immersion. The studio is confident the game will resonate with both domestic and international audiences, thanks to its high production quality and engaging story.
