NetEase’s latest romantic MMORPG, Ghost Story: Love Destiny, has begun its early access phase in the SEA region. Published by VNGGames, this game is based on the popular Chinese novel A Chinese Ghost Story and the hit drama series Love O2O. While the official release date has not been confirmed, the game is expected to launch on August 22, 2024, for Android, iOS, and PC, according to its iOS listing.
Ghost Story: Love Destiny offers an immersive blending romance, adventure, and classic MMORPG elements. Players can dive into a mythic storyline inspired by Love O2O, choosing from over 13 unique character classes, each with its own set of benefits and 27 different customization options. The game emphasizes character development, where each character’s backstory influences the narrative and relationships with NPCs.
