The studio PawDragon is currently focused on their first mobile project, Nyangnyang Island: The Legendary Butler, set to release in South Korea in August 2024.
Nyangnyang Island: The Legendary Butler is a casual RPG that blends robust storytelling with classic RPG elements, and a lot of cats. The game centers around an island inhabited by magical cats, where players can embark on adventures and uncover secrets. Players will be responsible for nurturing over 50 cats, each with its own unique characteristics.
The main goal is to build a healing retreat, a place to escape the bustle of daily life. However, the journey towards creating this positive space won’t always be easy. Various threats exist, and players may need to lead local hunts to fend them off. Competitors are also eyeing the island and the stadium, adding challenges.
South Korea is just the beginning for this title. The developers plan to expand their reach globally, potentially starting with countries like the Philippines and Singapore, where cats are adored. An English version soft launch is also expected in June. You can follow the game social networks.
