Strinova – Anime Shooter launches on November 21 and mobile edition coming in 2025

Strinova, an anime-style, free-to-play action shooter, is launching on PC through Steam, the Epic Games Store, and direct client download on November 21, with pre-load access opening November 18. iDreamSky publisher has confirmed that Strinova will arrive on iOS, Android, and consoles in 2025.

The game is set in a multi-dimensional world where players can switch between 2D and 3D forms, an ability called “Stringification.” This innovative mechanic allows players to dodge enemy fire, climb vertical surfaces, and uncover hidden paths, adding a unique twist to the shooter genre. At launch, Strinova will feature five game modes, 14 maps, and 15 playable characters called “Superstrings,” each with unique skills and weapons that support different playstyles. The game’s storyline unfolds in a newly discovered realm where factions vie for control of powerful energy crystals that will determine the realm’s future. Players can align with one of the three major factions—P.U.S., The Scissors, or Urbino—to fight in team-based modes like Demolition and Team Deathmatch.

The game has a mobile version announced, however, we have no screenshots or major updates on it. Let’s see the level of success with the PC version and how much will come to the console and Android and iOS versions. But if you want to try the game now, the PC edition is close on Steam.
